Beautiful, bold, deep struck, front and reverse with clear mint and assayer marks L and D. A very high quality grade 2 coin that is comparable to many grade 1 coins. Lima coins recovered from the Atocha are very scarce. It's set in a custom 18k yellow and white gold bezel weighing 11.11 grams with 1.54 cts of White Diamonds. From the Atocha, sunk in 1622 west of Key West, Florida, with original Fisher Tag #94A-268282 in leather casing and photographed Database printout.
